She is survived by: her children, Vernon J. Spangler of Owensville, Kathleen M. Ivy of Sullivan, Albert L. Cantrell Jr. of DeSoto and Steven W. Cantrell (Marketa) of Sullivan; her grandchildren, David "Ralph", Vernon Jr., Alisha, Amy, Paul, Rebecca, Steven II, Michael and Angela; and her brothers, Nelson Eugene Spangler and Joseph Leon Spangler. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
