She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frolo and Anna Frolo; her husband Dewey Cook Jr.; her children, Dewey Wayne "Skip" Cook and Cheryl Schmidt; and her great great grandchild Avery.
She is survived by: her son Donald Cook (Fern); her daughter-in-law Judy Cook; and her grandchildren, Chris Chapman, Angie Cook, Mandy Roberson, Cindy Cook (Judy), Kenny Cook (Kelly), Jason Cook (Jill), Travis Blake (Hilary), Tracy Torres and Todd Blake (Liz). She is also survived by great-grandchildren; Twenty-Three (23) great-great grandchildren; along with numerous other extended family and friends.
