He is survived by: his mother Emma Haynes Skiba; his wife Cathy McKee; his children, Rashell Collins (James Jr.), Mandilyn Collins (Arin) and Chelsey McKee (Jacob Olson); his grandchildren, Annabell, L. J., Amarisa, Izeaha, Ciella and Kayson Collins; and his siblings, Roy McKee, Jerry McKee, Sammie McKee, Shane Lambert (Drayanna) and Alice Turner.
