Wayne Dale Deffenbaugh Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Dale Deffenbaugh of Cassville, Missouri, born in Wellington, Kansas, who passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Deffenbaugh and Mabel Deffenbaugh (Lawless); his former wife Frances Louise Creamer; and his brother Bill Deffenbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Ilene Haynes; his children, Bob Deffenbaugh (Lisa) of Cassville and Charlotte Guilliams of Bentonville, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Carl Harris of Cassville and Gretchen Harris of Cassville, Missouri; his siblings, Don Deffenbaugh (Mary) of Neosho, Missouri and Virginia Casey (Paul) of Neosho, Missouri; his grandchildren, Austin Deffenbaugh (Ashlyn), Mikala Deffenbaugh, Devin Guilliams (Lynsee) and Shayla Guilliams; and his great grandchildren, D. J. and Carson Guilliams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
