He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Hawkins. He is survived by: his parent Alva Jane Thomason; his wife Sue Hill of Cassville; his children, Jonathon Hill of Hays, Jimi Hill of Cassville, Amos Smith of Seminole, Oklahoma, Autumn Hill of Hays, Kayla Martin of Maud and Donna Smith of Seminole, Oklahoma; and his brother David Hill of Tecumseh. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
