He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carter and Josephine Tidwell Carter. He is survived by: his sons, Sebastian (Heidi) of Cassville and Quentin (Tammy) of Neosho; and his grandchildren, Brittney, Jacob, Jasmine, John, Nicholas, Brianna, Benjamin and Curtis. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Foundation or Tunnel to Towers Foundation and entrusted to the White Funeral Home & Crematory.
