He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Casteel and Barbara Casteel; and his grandparents, Ryker, Rayleigh and Remi Manley.

He is survived by: his wife Katherine Elizabeth Daniels (Kathy); his sons, Michael Casteel, Randy Casteel (Ginger) and Troy Casteel (Angela); his grandchildren, Loren, Brandi (Jaryd Manley), Nathan (Melanie), Brandon and Dylan; and also Rhett.

Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Springfield, In lieu of flowers contributions in Bob's memory may be made the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
