He is survived by: his wife Cindy Cummins; his sons, Tony Puryear (Lori) of Bentonville and Matthew Puryear (Michelle) of Nashville, Tennessee; his stepdaughters, Angela Fysh (Martin) of Franklin and Mandy Boring of Monett, Missouri; his sister Sue Rotramel (Clint) of Wichita, Kansas; his sister-in-law Linda Puryear of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Claire, Caroline, Connor, Charlee and Brittany; and his great grandchildren, Zeke and Ensley.
