He is survived by: his children, Joe Velasquez (Sara) of Cassville, Raymond Velasquez (Claudia) of Riverside, California, Christina Valdez of Riverside and Nancy Valdez (Frank) of Riverside, California. He is also survived by nine siblings; eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
