She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Slechta and Mable Slechta (Peterson); her spouse Eddie Hillhouse; her grandchildren, Edward Hillhouse and Angel Dawn Sizemore; and her siblings, Jerry Slechta, Brad Riley, Ruby Christensen and Alice Mead.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Hillhouse of Cassville, Tarrie Ruark (Jerry) of Washburn, EdDee May Hillhouse of Cassville and Tina Hillhouse of Overland Park, Kansas; her stepchildren, Jack Weathermon (Jan) of Hurley, Lesa Henson (Keith) of Hurley and Tracy Flood (late Don) of Hurley; her grandchildren, Alison Blair (Cameron), Adam Ruark (Amanda), Jordan Ruark (Susan), Kayla Tolliver (Chase), Brooklyn Hunter (Andrew), Alice Oropeza, Tony Sizemore, Ashley Sizemore (Miriah), Mandi Dunfee (Chase) and Chris Hillhouse; her great grandchildren, Stella Ruark, Paizlee Hunter, William Tolliver, Emalyn Tolliver and Katelynn Tolliver; and her siblings, Dennis Slechta of Albany, Darrell Slechta of Denison, James Riley of Waxahachie, Mike Riley of Missouri Valley, Ron Slechta of Kalona, Iowa and Ann Slater of Woodbine, Iowa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
