She is survived by: her parents, George Cook and Joan Cook (Tingler); her siblings, Mark Cook (Kate) of Washburn, Robert Cook of Escondido, California and Judy Page of Sevierville, Tennessee; and her nieces, Megan Hendrix, Myka Cook and Audrey Hendrix.
