He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Lee Milligan; his children, Nolan McNeill II (Becky) of Wheaton, Sharen McNeill (Jim Beagle) of Purdy, Tracy McNeill of Smithfield, Mark McNeill of Elizabethton, Marci LePage (John) of Anderson and Brooks McNeill of Exeter, Missouri; his nephews, Gary McNeill and Ed Lee; and his grandchildren, Chris, Adria, Brandon, Kristin, Devin, Ryan, Miles, Melodi, Trista, Jake, Natalie and Luke.
