He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Phipps and Zelma Phipps (Robertson); and his sister Audra. He is survived by: his wife Linda Henley; his daughter Maria Kay Phipps of Cassville, Missouri; his sister Nancy Crowell (Jim) of Columbia, Missouri; and his nephews, Bill Crowell, Ron Crowell and Aaron Stanifer. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
