He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Hudson and Katy Hudson (Miller); his son Doug; and his stepgrandsons, Jared and Brandon Carter.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Jane Williams; his son Douglas Gene Hudson; his daughter-in-law Jill Hudson of Rocky Comfort, Missouri; his siblings, Max Hudson of Jenkins, Missouri and Jeanenne Lester (Rick); and his stepgrandchildren, JoGina Park (Chris) of Wheaton, Missouri, Kelton, Jayci and Palyn Park. He is also survived by many cousins and numerous friends.
