It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dayton Riehn of Cassville, Missouri, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Riehn and Viola Riehn (Niswonger); and his brother Raymond "Pete" Riehn. He is survived by: his wife Laura Riehn of Cassville; his children, James "Mike" Riehn (Shelly) of Cassville, Susie Broddle (Daryl) of Bentonville and Elizabeth Hetland (Derek) of Des Moines, Iowa; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Riehn of Kansas City, Missouri, Laney Riehn of Kansas City, Missouri, Katy Southerland of Youngsville, Zakary Broddle of Raleigh, Madison Ferguson of Des Moines, Iowa, Macy Ferguson of Des Moines, Iowa and Myla Hetland of Des Moines, Iowa; his great grandchild Cooper; and his siblings, Danny Riehn (Claudine) of Monroe, Louisiana, Carolyn Cauble (Jim) of Scott City, Marty Stevenson (Dennis) of Old Appleton and Debbie Brown of Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
