He is survived by: his spouse Leta Jane Hendrix; his children, Tim Burnette (Nadine) of Ridgley, Debbie Snider of Cassville, Missy Acheson (Derek) of Cassville, Greg Burnette, Stephanie Blair of Cassville and Billy Burnette (Misty) of Cassville, Missouri; and his brothers, Clyde Burnette and Bob Burnette.
