With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hollis Maloy Matthews of Cassville, Missouri, who passed away on September 29, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his siblings, Bill and Flossie May; his nieces, Robin and Tracy Matthews; and his daughter-in-law Glenette Matthews.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Matthews of San Antonio, Texas, Debra Smith (Sam) of Sarcoxie and Kimberly Washam (Wayne) of Cassville, Missouri; his stepdaughter Shirl Ann Shannon (Charles) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; his brother Ted Matthews (Becky) of Cassville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Dusty, Derek, Olivia and Belle; and his great grandchildren, Kallie, Jax, Donte and Charlotte.
Contributions may be made to Mineral Springs Cemetery in memory of Hollis.
