He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Woods; his children, Henry Cobb Putnam II of Fayetteville, Frank William Putnam of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Danielle Ann Putnam of Fayetteville and Dawn Marie Putnam of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Ronney Alexander Pitts of Cassville, Missouri, Rhonda Sue Love of Shell Knob and Belinda Annette Schilling of Green Forest, Arkansas; and his sister Edith Charlene Matbitche (Jimmy) of Brooklyn. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
