He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hodge and Dorothy Hodge (Henson); and his son Dusty Hodge. He is survived by: his spouse Stacy James; his children, Ryan Hodge, Casey McLeod (Dustin), Stephanie Rayburn, Jake Sizemore (Chekota), Lucas James and Ké Alani Hodge; his brother Ray Dean Hodge (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Levi, Bodie, Ren, Kenlee, Kiptyn, Emma, Allie, Jade, Gabby, Faith, Frank, Jesse, Blake, Billy and Breanna. He is also survived by his son, parents and several friends.
