He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ralph and Mable Moore (Thomas); his former wife Delphia Doris Garrison; his wife Betty Roseanne Walker; his siblings, Doris Jean Hayes, Larry Gale Moore and Richard Lee Moore; his grandson Shane Moore; and his stepson Doug Tidyman.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Ralph Moore (Cora) of Purdy, Frederick Stephen Moore (Thelma) of Monett, Missouri, Brenda Russell (Danny) of Cassville and Cathy Lynn Moore of Golden, Missouri; and his stepchildren, Jim Tidyman of Nebraska and Vicki Knight of Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
