He was predeceased by: his parents, James William "Bill" and Ruby Allison (Hodge); his son Randell Lee Allison; his stepmother Marie Allison (Nelson); and his stepbrother Danny Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" House; his children, David Allison (Challie) of Cassville, Missouri and Nancy Schneider (Brad) of St. Charles, Missouri; his stepsiblings, Howard Nelson (Carolyn) of Exeter, Dennis Nelson (Diane) of Arizona, Sue Panigay (Bill) of Michigan and Janell Sexton (Garry) of Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Schnieder, Amanda Gross (Anthony), Jennifer Allison, Samuel Schneider and Andrew Schneider.
Contributions may be made to Cassville First Baptist Church Youth Department or Children's Department in memory of Floyd.
