He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Lydia Louise Miekley (Schuch); his former spouse Ora Nell Melton; his wife Gladys Musick; his brothers, Glenn Miekley of Clever and Don Miekley (Frankie) of Springfield, Missouri; his children, Kevin Miekley (Wendy) of Exeter, Missouri, Sara Norris of Cassville and Rebecca Nickols (Jeff) of Strafford, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kristin Houston (Gerald), Julie Popanz (Brad), Jessica Norman, Lydia Nickols, Grace Shappley (Zach) and Ross Miekley (Peighton). He was also cherished by four great grandchildren.
