He is survived by: his spouse Bronwyn Hendrix; his children, Zachary Springfield of Cassville, Chase Springfield (Jennifer) of Purdy, Wrenn Springfield of Cassville, Elijah Springfield of Cassville, Isaiah Springfield of Cassville, Missouri and Shira Wilhite (Waylon) of Farmington, Arkansas; his siblings, Jerry Springfield (Marilyn) of Peoria, Dennis Springfield (Bernice) of Milton, Florida and Judy Ellis of Seligman, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Lori Gloyd, Lisa Brinkman, Stephen Springfield, Chris Springfield, Jessica Eardley and Holder Garrett.
