He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Lee Donald and Elizabeth Ann Donald (Bock); his granddaughter Heaven Donald; and his great grandchildren, Nicole Simler and Lydia Keister.
He is survived by: his children, Don Donald III of Carthage, Richard Donald of Butterfield, Missouri, Elizabeth Keister of Grandview and Amy Donald of Cassville, Missouri. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
