He was predeceased by: his parents, Randle Swofford and Mary Ellen Swofford (Fare); and his brother Dale. He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Bohmke (Eric) of Cassville and Amy Swofford of Kansas City, Missouri; his sisters, Ilene Washam of Aurora and Linda Wright of Columbia, Missouri.; and his grandsons, Ethan, Tyson, Dylan and Jaxon Bohmke.
