She is survived by: her husband Ernest Lee "Ernie" Spiva; her sons, Nathan Spiva of Cassville and Rick Spiva of Exeter, Missouri; her siblings, Gary Darity (Deann) of Wheaton, Larry Darity (Debbie) of Noel, Missouri, Sue Davidson (Gene) of Marionville and Vicky Leach (John) of Grove; and her granddaughter Wylee Spiva.
