He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Weaver and Thelma Weaver (Ennis). He is survived by: his wife Bettie Parker; his children, LaDon Weaver of Ottawa, Darren Weaver of Zena, Oklahoma and Melissa Black (Lee) of Zena, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Gayla Templeton, Tammy Puckett and Billy Hutchins; his sister Reta Voelker of Cassville, Missouri; his nephews, Gerald Westpheling (Stacey) and Larry Westpheling (Kathy); and his niece Robin Smith (Steve). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
