He is survived by: his parents, Doug McCullah and Kay McCullah (Tichenor) of Cassville, Missouri; his spouse Melina Wilken; his daughter Tayler McCullah of Monett, Missouri; his brother Matt McCullah of Cassville, Missouri; his nephews, Oliver and Karson; and his aunts and uncles, Kim, Mike, Kelly, Larry, Greg, Tammy and Paul.
