He is survived by: his wife Jackie; and his children, Ron Ruggles (Amy) of Holiday Island, Rick Ruggles of Osceola, Bob Ruggles (Linda) of Osceola and Joyce Dykes (Robert) of Cassville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
