She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Addison and Mary Addison (Robitaille) of Cassville, Missouri; her husband Hal Smith; her children, Shane Smith of Cassville, Missouri and Sommer Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her stepson Tyler Smith of Cassville, Missouri; her brothers, Doug Addison (Sandy) of Ragley and Russell Addison of Cassville; and her grandchildren, Flynn Burnette, Cadyn Smith and Cash Smith.
