He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Charlie" and Sarah Graham; and his sister Aileen Vining. He is survived by: his significant other Lillian Stoltz; his daughter Shelly Welsch of Fort Collins, Colorado; his grandchildren, Kristin Welsch of Arvada, Dustin Welsch of Fort Collins, Colorado and Jessica Welsch of Fort Collins, Colorado; his nephews, Eric Cunningham of Columbia and Jon Cunningham of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his close friend Alecia Marshall of Purdy.
