He is survived by: his spouse Lana Watson; his children, Kevin Cantwell of Springfield, Missouri and Krisi Parker (Johnny) of Republic, Missouri; his sisters, Bonnie Miller of Independence, Beverly Ledenham (Darrell) of Cassville, Missouri and Brenda Epperly (Dennis) of Cassville, Missouri; his brother-in-law Dale Mitchell of Independence; and his grandchildren, Cody Cantwell (Lauren, Chase Cantwell), Jake Parker, Chad Parker and Scott Parker.
