She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Edgar and Twila Lavaughn Milligan (Goostree); her husband Nolan Gene McNeill; her children, Nolan McNeill II (Becky) of Wheaton, Sharen McNeill (Jim Beagle) of Purdy, Tracy McNeill of Smithfield, Mark McNeill of Elizabethton, Marci LePage (John) of Anderson and Brooks McNeill of Cassville, Missouri.; her sister Beverly Mendenhall of Witchita, Kansas; her grandchildren, Chris, Adria, Brandon, Kristin, Devin, Ryan, Miles, Melodi, Trista, Jake, Natalie and Luke; her nephews, Chris Schmeissner, Gary McNeill and Ed Lee; her niece Jerri Lynn Ryan; her daughter-in-law Michelle McNeill; her granddaughter Melissa Ann McNeill; her niece Sue Ann Doennig; and her nephew John McNeill Lee.
