He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Ann Clark; his parents, William Clark and Marie Clark; his siblings, George, Charles, Roger and Dixie; and his friend Bo James.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Dale Clark (Tammy Starchman) and Larry Wayne Clark (Stacy Clark) of Cassville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Carissa Clark of Springfield, Reba Clark of Exeter, Joseph Clark of Springfield and Brayden Clark of Pierce City, Missouri; his sisters, Mable Nance of Berryville and Glenda Plyer of Springdale; and his great grandchildren, Ky'Mari, Tray, Von, Armani, Paisley and Olivia.
Contributions may be made to Cassville High School Fishing Team in memory of Dale.
