She is survived by: her sister Mary Lou Bradley (Ernie) of Harrison, Arkansas; her children, Larry A. Middlebusher (Marge) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Phyllis A. Cunningham (Bill Holman) of Cassville, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Lorri J. Elpers (Gregg) of Broken Arrow, Lisa A. Meyer (Steve) of Bartlesville, Leslie D. Middlebusher of Edmond, Mark A. Middlebusher (Shelle) of Laurel, Julie A. Piper (Greg) of Orlando, Keli J. Whaling of McKinney and Matthew S. Eddings (Dani) of Springfield, Missouri.. She is also survived by six great-great grandchildren.
