She was predeceased by: her parents, John Montgomery and Lena McCutcheon Montgomery; her husband Leonard Brady Slentz; and her siblings, Kathy Davis, Diane Hudgins and Johnny Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Slentz (Heather) of Blytheville, Arkansas and Patricia Gibbens (Chris) of Caruthersville, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kayla Dunkin, Lauren Poole, Kyle Towery, Emily Towery, Christopher Gibbens, Payton Gibbens and Anna Grace Gibbens; and her great grandchildren, Keeton Maxwell, Chrisley Gibbens, Sawyer Dunkin, Aubryn Dunkin and Poole. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
