Patricia JoAnn Hosler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia JoAnn Hosler of Caruthersville, Missouri, who passed away on December 9, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Monta Blane Godsy and Alta Oneita Godsy; her daughter Deborah Elaine Hill; and her brothers, Johnny Godsy and Damon Godsy.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Hosler of Caruthersville, MO; her children, Talei Jo Woods of Caruthersville, MO and Ken Hosler (Jana) of Poplar Bluff, MO; her siblings, Mary Peterson (Milton) of Nixa, MO, Dwight Godsy of Illinois and Dale Godsy of Alabama; and her grandchildren, Matthew Woods, Stephanie Studie, Marsha Hayes, Natalia Woods, Katricia Roe, Amber Armstrong, Colton Mannon and Caleb Hosler. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many cherished friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the H. S. Smith Funeral Chapel (808 Ward Ave, Caruthersville, MO 63830). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the Little Prairie Cemetery (Caruthersville, MO 63830).
In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be sent to the Caruthersville Humane Society or the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
