Micheal Gene Phelps Obituary

Micheal Gene Phelps, 67, of Caruthersville, Missouri passed away at Southgate Living Center on November 16, 2023. He was born on September 26, 1956 in Hayti, Missouri to Carnelice Phelps and Cora Lee (Jurney) Phelps. Micheal enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals play baseball, spending time with his dog and grandchildren.

Survivors include; one daughter: Tosha Duncan of Murray, Kentucky; one brother: David Phelps (Anita) of Caruthersville, Missouri; numerous grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; his parents: Carnelice Phelps and Cora Lee (Jurney) Phelps; one son; and four brothers: Carl Phelps, Terry Phelps, Roger Phelps, and Carless Phelps.

The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
