She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodie Strawn Payne and Charles Marvin Payne; her spouse Doyel Odell Mann; her son Steven Martin Mann; and her brother John Richard Payne.
She is survived by: her sons, David Wayne Mann (Angela) of Pacific, John Andrew Mann (Mary) of Independence and Charles Eric Mann (Bridget) of Park Hills, Missouri; her daughter-in-law Penny Mann of Union, Missouri; her siblings, James Edward Payne, Martha Sue Mann and Virginia Carrol DeGroot; her grandchildren, Erica Mann, Kathryn Mann, Micah Mann, Molly Mann, Ethan Mann, Brett Mann, Jared Mann, Emiley Mann and Jamie Moomey; and her great grandchildren, Ellie Adams, Kaylin, Steven, Scarlett and Kennedy Strubberg. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
