He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Morgan and Grace King Morgan; his former wife Marjorie Walker; his wife Christina Stevens; his sisters, Geraldine Morgan Poe and Lorene Morgan Philpot; and his stepsons, Roy and Gary Cooper.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Troy Cooper (Neoma), David Cooper (Janice), Tina Stevens, Nancy Haliford, Danny Stevens (Teresa), Linda Clayton (Mike) and Glenda Raffety (Phil); and his stepdaughter-in-law Denise Cooper. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the H. S. Smith Funeral Chapel (808 Ward Ave, Caruthersville, MO 63830). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at the Maple Cemetery (Caruthersville, MO 63830).
