He is survived by: his children, Kristi Stevens (Zach), Hayti, Missouri Tony Kelsey (Jessica), Paragould, ArkansasStuart Treece (Heather), Kennett, MissouriGinna Glisson (Alex), Caruthersville and Missouri4; his siblings, Kim Kelsey, Kerry Kelsey, Danny Notgrass, John Notgrass1 and Peggy Notgrass6; his grandchildren, Kelsey Stevens, Jake Stevens, Talor Hopgood, Taner Hopgood, Mary Clare Glisson and Luke KelseyMany; his former wife Nita Kelsey; his brother Jim Pilcher; and also, Morris Notgrass and Jerry Don. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
