He is survived by: his mother Myrna Alston Johnson; his wife Debra Ann Johnson; his daughters, Penny Sams, Sheena Emery and Carla Phelps; his siblings, Cindy Traylor, Randy Johnson, Vanissa Pate and Jeremy Johnson; his grandchildren, Autumn Sams, Hunter Sams, Kaylei Phelps, Laken Emery, Mitchel Phelps, Connor Phelps, Amelia Johnson and Abigail Emery; and his aunt Joyce. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
