He was preceded in death by : his parents: Cecil Riggs and Juanita Autry Riggs; sister, JoAnn Riggs McGraw; brother, Mitchell Alan Riggs. He is survived by his wife, Doris Adams Riggs; sons: Chris Riggs (Kristy), Kevin Riggs, Adam (Nikki), all of Caruthersville; his siblings, Gary Riggs and Anita Riggs Cain, Caruthersville; grandchildren, Allison Riggs, Sara Riggs, Tatum Riggs, Brandon Riggs, Sam Riggs, Lauren Riggs, and Ford Riggs; his great grandchild Brantley Looney. He is also survived by Other relatives and many friends. Graveside services were held on March 8th.
