He was predeceased by: his father James Gilbert Hazel Sr. of Caruthersville, MO. He is survived by: his mother Alice Berryman; his wife Marilyn; his children, Dan and Amy (Kobi); his grandson Gavin; his brother Mike (Glenda); and his nephews, Michael and Matthew.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Caruthersville Public Library, Caruthersville Humane Society or any Veterans Organization.
