He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Fox and Lucille Adams Fox of Caruthersville, Missouri.; his siblings, Shirley Ann Fox and Ronald Howard Fox; and his brother-in-law Billy "Bill" Glisson Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Wheeler; his daughters, Cindy Sigmin (Woody) and Gaye Fox; his grandchildren, Brooke Sarrio (Joe), Austin Malone (Brittney) and Lindsay Murphy (Sean); his sister Peggy Lou Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Charlie, Lucy, Grace Sarrio, Mattie Malone, Sarah, Liza, Easton and McCartney Murphy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Wesleyan Church, 2601 Playground Road, Caruthersville, MO 63830.
