She was predeceased by: her mother Hope Franks; and her grandparents, Herman, Ruby Franks and Ruth Phelps. She is survived by: her father Herman A. Franks of Caruthersville; her children, Kaitlyn Babcock of Caruthersville and Richard "Dylan" Babcock of St. Louis; her siblings, Charity Hogue (Chad) of Dyersburg, TN, Johnny Jean (Kelly) of Caruthersville and Luke Franks; and her nieces and nephews, Allison Horrell (Luke) of Red Bud, IL, Hannah Vaughn of Caruthersville, Hunter Vaughn of Hayti, MO and Jayce Jean of Caruthersville.
