He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lee Woods, Sr. and Nora Mae Hays Woods; his wife Helen Pauline Storer; and his siblings, James Woods (Gail) of Iron Mountain, Missouri, Mary Fae Fanning of Oxnard, California, Leon Woods, Sr., Gary, Ray Von, Wayne, Marshall and Clara.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Tyson of Barnhart and Carol Daniel (Shad) of Caruthersville; his grandchildren, Barb Hygail (John) of Sullivan, Bobby Lee Hoke (Jess) of Catawissa and Justin Tyson (Kimmie) of Barnhart, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Haylee Hoke, Tyler Hoke, Brock Tyson, Blayne Tyson and Finley Hygail.
