He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis Spray and Mildred Alberta McCain Spray; and his granddaughter Mia Alexis Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Spray of Caruthersville, Missouri; and his children, Daphne Barber of Caruthersville, Adam Thompson of Caruthersville and Daniel Thompson of Benton, Arkansas. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and many, many friends.
