He was predeceased by: his son David Lee "Tray" Phelps, III; his grandson Tray Allen Phelps; and his grandmother Ruth Rhodes. He is survived by: his parents, David Lee Phelps, Sr. and Anita Presson Phelps; his brothers, Chris Phelps (Dawn) and Jeff Phelps (Sherry); his children, Elizabeth Phelps and Joseph Cochran Brooke (Corie); his grandchildren, Noah Phelps, Holden Cochran, Landon Cochran and Addison Cochran; his aunt Brenda Riley; and the mothers of children, Kathy Skelton and Joanne Phelps. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
