With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lee Phelps Jr. (Caruthersville, Missouri), born in Hayti, Missouri, who passed away on August 11, 2023 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son David Lee "Tray" Phelps, III; his grandson Tray Allen Phelps; and his grandmother Ruth Rhodes. He is survived by: his parents, David Lee Phelps, Sr. and Anita Presson Phelps; his brothers, Chris Phelps (Dawn) and Jeff Phelps (Sherry); his children, Elizabeth Phelps and Joseph Cochran Brooke (Corie); his grandchildren, Noah Phelps, Holden Cochran, Landon Cochran and Addison Cochran; his aunt Brenda Riley; and the mothers of children, Kathy Skelton and Joanne Phelps. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
