We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2021, at the age of 82, Zelma Springer of Carthage, Missouri, born in Reeds, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Beam and Lucille Beam (Dunkle); her former husband William "Bill" Waters; her children, Sue (Leroy), Linda (Virgel), Billy, Walter (Sandra), Lisa and Kavan; her husband Dwight "Shorty" Springer; and her stepchildren, Jerry and Jean. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
